Our Philosophy
At the Bay Tree Restaurant we like to keep our food simple and modern. We use the freshest ingredients in season which means our menu never stays the same, but you can always expect the variety and type of food that you can find on our sample menu below.
We also offer a "Small Plate & Glass" menu Thursday - Sunday where you can get a light bite option such as Carlingford Oysters or a cheese board with a glass of wine, pint or bottle of beer or a soft drink for just €15.
All of our seafood & meat is sourced locally and our salad leaves & herbs are home-grown where possible.
