Our Philosophy

At the Bay Tree Restaurant we like to keep our food simple and modern. We use the freshest ingredients in season which means our menu never stays the same, but you can always expect the variety and type of food that you can find on our sample menu below.

All our fish & meats are sourced locally and all of our salad leaves & herbs, we grow ourselves (in our gardens by Kristina), where possible.

All of our menus are subject to change.
